Setup Theta Health MCP on Cursor
1. Open Cursor Settings > Tools and Integrations > MCP Tools.
2. Click on New MCP Server to add a custom MCP server.
3. Copy and paste the following Theta Health MCP code into mcp.json.

4. Save and go back to MCP settings. Turn on the Theta Health MCP toggle.
5. Once Theta Health MCP is turned on, your cursor will be ready to transform into your personal health companion. Just chat with Cursor about health.
Cursor will run Theta Health MCP to check your recent sleep patterns. Just click the Run tool button to continue.
6. Cursor will auto-direct you to Theta Health Drive to upload health files and sync smart wearable & devices. Theta Health Drive webpage will be opened automatically.
7. Now we have synced data and uploaded health report. Go back to Cursor and continue the conversation.
